I am reviewing this place as tourist visiting with a young family.
The service there on a typical Scottish day was warm and pleasant. We were thrilled they were so accommodating for us and our young kids. They had a nice play area that the kids could blow off steam.
The food was very tasty and accessible for a picky eater, and the food as is was very delicious. I had a Cajun chicken sandwich, and all ingredients tasted fresh and quite delicious. I got myself a coffee to go, and the Barrista was pleasant and discussed our travel so far. We felt very welcome.
We are very happy we stumbled upon this place when I was having a good crash as it occupied our kids, and allowed us time to recover.
Short trip down from National Wallace memorial in Sterling this place was a true surprise. Excellent food and so much more than coffee and cakes. Had an awesome lunch/brunch and service was personal and superb. Worth stopping by whenever you’re in Sterling.
